Versteeg Vacations manages four apartments in this property and we have 3 family homes and 1 queen home. All of our homes come with a full kitchen so that you can prepare your own meals and save money in the process. There is 24 hour security with CCTV cameras around the property, there is also free parking available. RESERVATION:
A 20% deposit will be paid upon booking, this deposit is non-refundable and will be used to confirm your reservation.
After your reservation has been made, you will receive an email from us that will contain directions to the property and home guidelines.
PAYMENT:
When your reservation has been confirmed, you may let us know how you would like to settle for the rest of the payment. We can accept the following:
- Cash upon arrival.
- Credit Card upon arrival, we can accept Visa or Mastercard.
- Bank Deposit if you are in the Philippines.
- PayPal.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A Php3,000 security deposit will be asked from you during the check-in, this deposit is there in case there is damage to the home. If there is no damage at the end of your stay, the whole deposit will be returned back to you.
